About the Team

The team at TransformIT Europe, led by founder Jan Nintemann, comprises creative, climate- and environmentally-conscious young individuals alongside seasoned event professionals from the tech industries. Some team members have amassed 20 to 40 years of experience in the trade fair, association, and specialist media sectors, giving them extensive networks of contacts. These experienced professionals are also environmentally aware and are eager to contribute their expertise toward an accelerated transformation to "ZERO 2050." Besides managing the TransformIT Europe fair, Nintemann's long-established Osnabrück-based trade fair agency, Global Fairs TT-Messe e.K., provides specialist staff and services for the fair in Brussels.

Jan Nintemann

The initiator of TransformIT Europe, Jan Nintemann, has over 25 years of trade fair experience in leading tech industry exhibitions through his agency, Global Fairs TT-Messe. Based in Osnabrück, Germany, Global Fairs has organized thousands of exhibitors and visitors in specialized B2B theme parks at major trade fairs like CeBIT Hannover, IFA Berlin, and the sister fairs Light + Building – ISH Frankfurt, and ISE Amsterdam, offering full-service concepts from A to Z. Jan Nintemann, father of four, founded Transform IT Europe GmbH in 2024 as the legal entity organizing the Brussels fair. For years, the initiator has passionately advocated for more climate- and environmentally-friendly solutions in the tech industries and is the driving force behind TransformIT Europe.

Jan Nintemann is the visionary founder of TransformIT Europe. With over 25 years of experience in B2B trade fair projects at leading technology exhibitions, he has organized these events independently through his agency, Global Fairs TT-Messe. Based in Osnabrück, Germany, Global Fairs has managed thousands of exhibitors and visitors in specialized B2B theme parks at major fairs, including CeBIT Hannover, IFA Berlin, and sister events such as Light + Building, ISH Frankfurt, and ISE Amsterdam (now Barcelona), always through comprehensive A-to-Z service concepts.
A father of four, Jan founded TransformIT Europe GmbH in 2024 as the legal entity for organizing the Expo Brussels trade fair. Driven by his passion for eco-friendlier and more sustainable solutions in the tech and events industry, Jan is the driving force behind TransformIT Europe.

Rainer is the founder and CEO of Heartprint GmbH. With his extensive experience in large corporations, he now supports small and medium-sized businesses in navigating digital and sustainable transformation on an equal footing and with a solution-oriented approach. As Chief Sustainability Officer at SustainableIT.org, he advocates globally for open standards in sustainable IT.
Previously, Rainer served as Chief Sustainability and Human Rights Officer at Allianz Technology and as Global Director of IT Sustainability at Siemens AG, where he pioneered groundbreaking IT sustainability strategies. With nearly 27 years of experience in the IT industry, he takes a holistic view of sustainability and describes himself as a 'climate activist in a suit,' committed to advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Daniel Brinkmann

Together with management and the sales team, Daniel prepares trade fair project planning with a focus on budgeting and analyzes project outcomes.

He is an award-winning speaker on high-tech channels, having served as a keynote speaker at events for vendors, distributors, market research analysts, and industry associations for several decades. Having lived in Brussels for over 20 years, Snyder is well-acquainted with the European high-tech markets for consumers, businesses, governments, and OEMs.

Desiree Schneider is a certified event moderator, video presenter and PR expert and has been working primarily in the smart home and building environment for years and is well connected there. After various positions as a TV reporter and mobile journalist for a regional news platform as well as in corporate communications, Desiree Schneider has been a self-employed video editor and presenter since 2016 and has focused primarily on moderating live events since 2024. She works with the dialogue-based moderation technique from TalkingBridges, which relies on versatile interaction between the actors on stage and the audience. This also includes active participation in the stage program in order to get the maximum added value from every event for everyone involved. TransformIT initiator Jan Nintemann and Desiree Schneider know each other from numerous events in the smart building sector and have already worked together successfully on several occasions.

Günther Ohland has been working for various international tech companies and as an independent consultant for more than 30 years. In 2009, Günther Ohland and other SmartHome pioneers founded the SmartHome Initiative Deutschland as an interdisciplinary federal association. The association's vision is to promote the development and spread of smart applications in the areas of living, working and mobility in a world shaped by globalization, digitalization and sustainability. Smart technology is a prerequisite for recording and reducing the energy consumption of living, working and transportation. Ohland is the author of several books on the topics of smart homes, smart buildings and smart living.

Eric Dauchy began his career in journalism, working for the U.S. news agencies UPI and Reuters before becoming an editor at several tech publications. He was the editor-in-chief of the first pan-European monthly magazine for the tech distribution channel. In 1998, he founded the Constellation Group to support the tech industry with international marketing communication programmes. As a marketing communication consultant for CTA, he helped the CES trade show evolve into the industry juggernaut it is today. Through his work with various trade and investment agencies in Europe, as well as with hundreds of startups and SMEs, Eric is a well-known marketing communication expert, driven by his curiosity about tomorrow's technology.

Cristina Ventura

Qualified in wholesale and foreign trade, Cristina Moreira Ventura worked as a senior project manager at Global Fairs from 2010 to 2014 and returned after parental leave in 2019. For many years, she was responsible for the Global Fairs project in the Planet Reseller area of CeBIT Hannover and for the Reseller Park at IFA Berlin. Since 2024, she has served as the Sales Administration Manager for the Reseller Park at IFA Berlin, a role now expanded to TransformIT Europe in Brussels. Her extensive network, built over years, makes Cristina a valued contact for all exhibitors.

Alexander Loeser has been working in the IT & telecommunications sector since the late 90s. After working for companies such as NOKIA & ITK Distributions (SMS Michel, NT Plus & DEGEN), he switched to the e-commerce industry in 2010 and set up an online shop with a TV shopping channel in Berlin for TESCO Europe. From 2014, he was responsible for sales and achieving sales targets for ICT and CE products at companies such as Groupon & vente-priveé.com. In his role as BDM & VL, he was also responsible for the development and growth of the respective departments.

Petrus Lahm has been professionally active in various industries since the 1980s, starting as a regional sales manager in the mobility sector. He dedicated himself to sustainability early on, being one of the inventors of the "Green Dot" in Germany and a founding member of "PDR Recycling" in 1993 (now with 40,000 collection points in trade, industry, and municipalities).
As the sales and marketing director in global trade and the personal assistant to a founder of OBI, Europe's largest DIY store chain, Petrus gained extensive experience in world trade. He was also the first European employee of Collins Co Limited, Taiwan's largest general merchandising company, and participated in more than 250 trade fairs worldwide across over 40 industries.
