Who are we?

The team at TransformIT Europe, led by founder Jan Nintemann, comprises creative, climate- and environmentally-conscious young individuals alongside seasoned event professionals from the tech industries. Some team members have amassed 20 to 40 years of experience in the trade fair, association, and specialist media sectors, giving them extensive networks of contacts. These experienced professionals are also environmentally aware and are eager to contribute their expertise toward an accelerated transformation to “ZERO 2050.” Besides managing the TransformIT Europe fair, Nintemann’s long-established Osnabrück-based trade fair agency, Global Fairs TT-Messe e.K., provides specialist staff and services for the fair in Brussels.

TransformIT Europe is more than just a trade fair – it is a movement for sustainable transformation. To actively shape this change, we are launching the TransformIT Advisory Board, a high-profile expert panel that will define the economic and technological roadmap for Europe’s sustainable future.

Why an Advisory Board?

The major challenges of our time – from achieving climate neutrality to advancing digital transformation – require decisive action. The Advisory Board will bring together leaders from business, science, and politics to strengthen Europe’s GreenTech market and strategically shape TransformIT Europe 2026.

  • EU Commission Representatives – to align regulations with market-driven practices.

  • Industry & Business Experts – to ensure economic innovation and practical relevance.

  • Institutions & Sustainability Organizations – to foster cross-sector collaboration.

Next Steps

The Advisory Board will be officially launched during the TransformIT Springboard Event on May 6–7, 2025, in Brussels. The first official meeting will follow shortly after the event.
