Sustainable smartphones – just a dream or is there a way to success? When the first iPhone was launched in 2008, our company AfB had already been on the market for several years. We had refurbished the first hundreds to thousand devices and – by the way - achieving an ecological, economic and social impact. The first iPhone to refurbish came to us in 2012. Since then, we have given many more of them a second life cycle. With every refurbished device, we push circular economy – a topic that I like to address more closely at TransformIT Europe.
