Our purebred mixed-breed dog Henry is an enthusiastic team mediator who, with his friendly nature, alleviates everyday stress—even if he occasionally gets involved in matters that aren’t necessarily part of his responsibilities. His occasional loud barking brings energy into the office by waking up sleeping employees—this consistently fosters motivation forself-improvement. Through his regular participation in team meetings (lying onhis back on the sofa), he strengthens team spirit and group cohesion on equalfooting.
